My son loves his shoes, but I am still waiting for my money back for the shoes I sent back. I followed the return guidelines. It is now March 2024. I have not received my money back. I have reached out to Aelfric Eden, and I only get the same message over and over. I have not been able to speak to a person. I even tried their "live chat" option several times. I am so frustrated and do not know what to do. Do NOT order from this company. They do NOT take care of you.

I saw the creativity in these shoes and I had to get them. I’m 5’2 and weigh around 115. I wear a 7 in women and a 6 or 6 6 1/2 in kids/men. I got the size 38, it is a bit tight, I could’ve went up a size. Overall 10/10 for the shoe!
