It is a heavy material, feels like durable sweatshirt material. The rhinestones are plentiful and they are so clear and sparkly. They appear to be attached well. I have not washed it yet. I am 5’4 and wear a size 14. I ordered a large and it has ample room. I like my shirts baggy. I would purchase again.
