I felt the quality of the materials used for the sweatshirt was lovely. But we had a problem with the sizing being way too large and had to return the product. This process was very hard to complete even though all I asked for was to then receive a smaller size in exchange. My return was completed within the supposed return parameters but have yet to have any communication from the company or receive a smaller size in exchange. This experience makes it hard for me to recommend dealing with this company again ,with any purchase.

When we washed our hoodie the colors bled all over it and stained. However, customer service was professional and great about helping us and sending another one at no cost.
It seems true to size but we were a little disappointed in the quality for the price. There is no fleece lining that would not only be warmer to wear but be much softer against the skin.

My daughter was BEYOND excited to receive this hoodie for Christmas. It is such a fun and unique design, colors and quality were also great. However, the S/M size I ordered fits like an XL/2XL. Even though the “oversized” look is trendy, this was BEYOND oversized looking and not the fit she wanted at all. Hoping it shrinks a bit in the wash.

I liked how the hoodie looked but I thought the size was not true to what I got. Normally I am a xs and I am 160cm, but I wanted a cute oversized hoodie, so I got the size small. When I put on my hoodie it was massive! So I had to return it and order a smaller size. As well, I ordered the grey colour and I thought it looked a bit washed out and not consistent on the hoodie. One positive thing is that the return process was very easy and the email were kindly worded. I really like this company!

While my daughter loved this sweatshirt, we actually ended up selling it to a neighbor. My daughter is 4’11, and it was so long and large on her that it looked ridiculous. She was so sad. I wish you guys could make a couple of sizes smaller than your XS, similar to White Fox. They have a triple XS. Maybe we’ll try again in the future!
