The hoodie is so cute and extremely comfortable. This brand is my favorite brand of hoodie. I love the athletic material on it and all of the designs, I already have 4 now. The one thing I did not enjoy was I like my hoodies bigger and baggie so I ordered a bigger size and it was still pretty small and I am skinny and 5 foot. It was only this certain hoodie though that was like this my others are very oversized. Besides that these hoodies are my favorite piece of clothing that I own.

I had a good experience with this purchase even though we are not keeping the top. The customer service was good, and the returns process was simple if a little long winded, but straightforward. You have to pay for your own return, which is fair enough, although just a proof of posting should be enough not the requirement for tracked. The hoodie itself was of good quality, and the fit was just as expected. My daughter absolutely loved the print design, but when she ordered online, she didn't realize that the words "pray the lord" were included in the design. She found the words a bit odd, and as a result, she didn't want to keep the hoodie. She’s 12, and this wasn’t quite what she was expecting. We returned the hoodie, and we're currently awaiting the refund. So far, there haven't been any issues. Overall, it’s been a positive experience.

I was so excited to receive it and i feel like with something that expensive, it should have good quality, however, I received it and it felt as if i was wearing a beach towel, you would think that if you to buy something that expensive that it would have amazing quality. My experience overall was not amazing. I first ordered it and it said 10-12 business days and it would arrive at my house. 20 days later I started emailing aelfriceden and they were very quick to respond but with little to no information on my package. A week and a half after the 20 days it had finally arrived. So it turns out 10-12 business days really means 30 business days.
