I live in New Zealand and my hoodie came so much quicker than what I thought which was awesome! So comfy, so cute!! I got a medium because I wasn’t sure what size to get because I thought it would be better to get bigger rather than smaller. the design is really cute… but for the price it’s so disappointing. it’s not as thick as i would have imagined and make sure to size down if you want it to fit normally because it is HUGE!

The hoodie is cute, although average in feel. Not terribly soft. It super oversized. O bought my daughter a medium, who usually wears women’s medium, but it’s too big for her, and it’s huge on me. I usually wear large in most brands. The return process isn’t super easy, so I’m eating the cost and getting a small, hoping that it fits her. It also takes a while to arrive. Hoping this one fits okay. Overpriced in my opinion.

Our granddaughter loves her new sweatshirt! For me though, it was hard to figure out what the design was on the front of the sweatshirt. It can look different at different times. I saw the letter N or I can see stars depending on how your eyes look at it.

If you are looking for an Aelfric Eden sweatshirt that is comfortable, adorable, but a bit less common than the vintage pink star sweatshirt, then this sweatshirt is perfect! It is so cozy and perfectly oversized so it doesn’t look boxy but also isn’t tight or awkward in any places. Aelfric Eden sweatshirts are really popular at my school but I wanted one that was unique to me and wasn’t what “everyone else had” and this was perfect. Cute color scheme and I think the different textured parts look really cool!

Unfortunately, I was never able to contact your company. I called and e mailed and got no assistance. I will never purchase from your company again. the only reason I purchased the one from Amazon was because I needed to replace the wrong size sweatshirt. For a company that sells a pricey product you have very poor customer service.

Product is well made. Return process is a nightmare. I’ve been purchasing items online for 20 years. Never have I had such a difficult return process. We’ll see if I even get a refund. Apparently if one number is out of place or the # sign isn’t used properly, you don’t get your money back.
