I ordered a girl's hoodie for a Christmas present in early December 3 weeks before I was going to give it as a gift. It didn't arrive until mid January. I had to buy another present now I have an extra present. Over five weeks from order to delivery.
I tried to call customer support 3 times and could never get the phone answered.
