I am really happy with this hoodie, it’s super comfy and cute. Although it took me a long process to get.
I initially ordered 2 hoodies of their site, although strait afterwards I changed my mind and didnt want the second one anymore. I then emailed them explaining that I didnt want the second one although I mentioned that I would like the first one to still be put through.
Afterwards, they said no worries and I never emailed them back.
Afterwards 1 MONTH passes, and I get really concerned why my order hasn’t came yet. I then emailed them again, asking where it was. They wouldn’t reply back, I emailed them again and again and still no answer. So then I got really annoyed why they arnt answering after 1 week and I decided to email once more. After a day or 2 they answer. Then they say (We needed to double check if your order was correct) apparently they emailed me back although I have so much proof that they didnt. They I obviously said yes that I would like that to be delivered. After another week! It comes, it had a very sheer brown mark on it which I was very concerned about and emailed them saying why it has a mark on it and they never to this day responded. I’m really unhappy with this experience although I got the mark out. I would definitely never order from (Aelfric Eden) EVER again. Especially after spending a big amount of money. $111

At first when I saw this hoodie I loved it and I got it and it came in only 2-3 business days, when I got it I was shocked how fast it came because the delivery said longer. After I opened it, it was so adorable and the stars were fuzzy and soft. Also tips to wash it, for washing I would recommend making the hoodie inside out so the fur wouldn’t get ruined. So my first time buying from this brand was great!
