It was amazing quality. But I have one critique, which is that i thought it was a bit annoying that you could only choose one side, and it would be that side in both the hoodie and sweatpants. Because I have very long legs så if I didn’t order it in a huge size the pants wouldn’t be long enough. And now the hoodie is absolutely huge on me.

I saw these advertised on TikTok and Facebook and they caught my eye immediately. I love the colors and the style and the different options. I am a 53-year-old single mom and some might think these are too young for me haha ! When I wore it the first time I got so many compliments from my coworkers. This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had ordering something online. I have wanted this set for so long so when it went on sale I ordered it. When it arrived it was too big so I emailed customer service to ask how to exchange it for a smaller size. I had to send 3 additional emails to get a response which was to send it back at my expense and send them the tracking number. Because the set is heavy it would have been $45. No shipping label was offered and all I wanted was an exchange. I am not paying half the cost of the outfit and then shipping again for the smaller size so I will keep and sell it myself. I was also planning to get it in another color but I will never order from this site again. The customer service was horrendous.
